"English rock bank Pink Floyd has filed a lawsuit against their record label EMI over royalty payments. The band claims that the executives at the label have miscalculated royalties that are owed to them from their back catalogue. The band has been signed under EMI since 1967. They are currently seeking undisclosed damages from the label. The band was formed by keyboardist Richard Wright, who died in 2008 after battling cancer.
