Rising stars of the music world have been longlisted as the BBC's Sound of 2013. There are 15 music acts on this year's list, including Palma Violets, post-punk band Savages, LA retro pop band HAIM and 20-year-old south Londoner Arlissa. The list has been compiled by UK DJs, bloggers, critics and broadcasters, who were all asked to name their three favourite new acts
