Stage.FM is an online community that acts as a directory of independent artists for music and videos. They've just launched their new flash player. The new flash player allows you to create a play list while also listening to your current songs. These songs can be dragged from one play list to another. You can also add songs by clicking the "add" button that's been placed throughout the site, next to an artist's content. Play lists an be shared with others by embedding them on sites like MySpace, Hi5 and Piczo.
