Amelia Haygood, founder of Delos Record Label, dies at 87

Amelia Haygood, the founder of the independent record label Delos International, died last week at age 87 after a 12-year struggle with cancer. Haygood launched Delos in 1973 because she believed that American music and artists were inadequately represented on disc.
