After rockin' all over the world for more than 40 years, the two remaining original members of Status Quo have been awarded OBEs by the Queen. Rick Parfitt and Francis Rossi were given the honours for their hugely successful musical career, including more than 118 million record sales worldwide. Singer-guitarist Parfitt, 61, and lead singer Rossi, 60, chalked up 22 British top 10 singles, including Down Down in 1974, Rockin' All Over The World in 1977 and Whatever You Want in 1979. The OBEs also recognise the pair's work for good causes as they raised millions of pounds for charity over the years. They supported the music therapy charity Nordoff Robbins, the Prince's Trust, which helps disadvantaged youngsters, and the British Heart Foundation
